Correcting a figure. If you find a fee that has changed or a tariff that looks wrong in one of the calculators, send us the number and the source if you have it. We will check and correct it. These are the most useful messages we get.

Questions about calculator assumptions. If it is not clear where a line item comes from, ask. The basis for every figure is set out on our methodology page.
